Who We Are
Established in 2016, Branzino Seafoods Inc. has been delivering fresh de-boned and cleaned whole branzino head (on or off), as well as fillet to houses in Orange County, Los Angeles County and San Diego County.
Our fish is farmed raised in The Aegean Sea in an elongated embayment of the Mediterranean Sea located between Europe’s Balkan peninsula and Asia’s Anatolia peninsula. The sea has an area of some 215,000 square kilometers. In the north, the Aegean is connected to the Marmara Sea and the Black Sea by the straits of the Dardanelles and the Bosphorus.
What is Branzino?
Branzino, or European bass, is a type of white fish. Native to the waters off Europe’s western and southern coasts, as well as the northern African coast, it’s quite popular in Italian cuisine.
